We know how contractors work

Most agencies report the numbers that flatter them We report the ones that pay your crews

Here’s a typical agency report, marked up the way we read it. If a number doesn’t tie back to a paying customer, it gets crossed out. What’s left is what you actually care about.

How we get those numbers We tie your SEO, ads and website to the jobs they book

  1. Track every call, form and bookingWe build tracking into your website, so each one is recorded with its source, from the search or ad that found you to the page they landed on.
  2. Match it to the booked jobWhere your CRM allows it, booked jobs and their value are tied back to the channel that brought them in. For ads, that goes back to Google and Meta so they learn which clicks turn into paying customers.
  3. Report it monthlyEvery month you see where your customers and revenue came from, and what we’re doing next to grow both.

What we can track depends on your CRM, website and booking tools. If they fall short, we can help build what’s missing.

“Going into this I had two bad experiences with supposed website developers. … Not only did [Lobster Ferret] kill it with the website, but Koby helped with so many other marketing tools that have already started paying dividends.”

Who we are

Yes, it’s really called Lobster Ferret

The name came from a random domain our founder got at 16. It stuck because it’s how we work: the ferret digs until it finds which dollar booked which job; the lobster doesn’t let go of a result once we’ve grabbed it.
