Google and Meta ads measured in booked jobs

We run Google and Meta ads for home services companies and judge every campaign by cost per booked job. Booked jobs and revenue from your CRM go back to the ad platforms, so they learn to find more customers like your best ones.

The short version

What does a home services PPC agency actually do?

We build and manage your Google Search, Performance Max and Meta campaigns: keywords and audiences, ads, landing pages, budgets and bidding. The part most agencies skip is tracking. We connect calls, forms and bookings to the jobs in your CRM, then send that revenue back to Google and Meta as offline conversions, so the platforms optimize toward paying customers.

The search terms report

Most ad budgets get wasted in the same places

Every month we read the actual searches your ads showed up for. In a typical home services account, part of the spend goes to people who were never going to book: job seekers, DIYers and people looking for something free.

This example is marked up the way we read it. The cuts go in as negative keywords and the money moves to the searches that book.

What’s included

What we run

  1. 01

    Google Search

Campaigns built around the jobs you want, with tight keyword lists, service-area targeting and ads that match what was searched.

  2. 02

    Performance Max

Used where it earns its place, fed with your conversion data and brand exclusions, so it doesn’t take credit for searches you’d get anyway.

  3. 03

    Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for seasonal offers, recurring services, and people who visited but didn’t book.

  4. 04

    Landing pages

Pages built for the ad, with the phone number up top, reviews, and a short form or instant booking.

  5. 05

    Conversion tracking

Conversion tracking for calls, forms and bookings, set up and tested before a dollar moves.

  6. 06

    Offline conversions

Booked jobs and revenue from your CRM sent back to Google and Meta, so bidding works toward revenue.

What we can track depends on your CRM, website and booking tools. If they fall short, we can help build what’s missing.

Questions we get

Paid Advertising FAQ

How much should a home services company spend on Google Ads?

Start from what a booked job is worth to you and how many more your crews can handle. Google leads in home services cost anywhere from about $45 to $228 depending on the trade (LocaliQ, 2025), and not every lead books. We size the budget to a target cost per booked job and scale once the numbers hold.

Should I run Google Ads or Meta ads?

Google catches people already searching for your service, so it usually comes first for repair and replacement work. Meta reaches people before they search, which works well for seasonal offers, recurring services and retargeting. Most of our clients run both, weighted by what books.

Why does my agency report leads when I’m not seeing jobs?

Because a lead and a booked job aren’t the same thing. Spam calls, job seekers, wrong-service inquiries and price shoppers all count as leads. We match leads to jobs in your CRM, so the number we report is the one that pays your crews.

What are offline conversions?

When a lead from an ad becomes a booked job in your CRM, we send that result back to Google or Meta. The platforms then optimize toward the searches and people that actually become paying customers.

How fast do ads start working?

Ads can put you in front of homeowners the day they launch. Getting to a steady cost per booked job takes longer, because the platforms need conversion data to learn from. That’s why tracking goes in before we scale.
